Abstract

Nilai perusahaan mengukur pencapaian operasi suatu perusahaan. Persepsi investor tergambarkan pada nilai perusahaan yang mendeskripsikan harga yang rela dibayarkan oleh investor. Nilai perusahaan melalui harga saham perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh beragam faktor, baik keuangan ataupun nonkeuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh faktor keuangan berupa aset tidak berwujud dan keputusan pendanaan sebagai variabel independen terhadap nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Disusunnya penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor nonkeuangan berupa tata kelola perusahaan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen yang diuji. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi data panel yang dikerjakan dengan Eviews 12. Data penelitian yang diteliti adalah data sekunder, yakni data laporan keuangan dan data keuangan yang bersumber dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), situs perusahaan, serta terminal data Refinitiv Eikon dan CEIC Data. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 17 sampel dari 41 perusahaan sektor teknologi (IDXTECHNO) yang melantai di BEI dengan tahun pengamatan 2020-2022. Dengan begitu, jumlah observasi penelitian ini sebanyak 51 observasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aset tidak berwujud tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial, sedangkan keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial. Tata kelola perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memberikan efek moderasi (memperkuat) pada hubungan positif antara aset tidak berwujud dan nilai perusahaan. Dalam hubungan antara keputusan pendanaan dan nilai perusahaan, tata kelola tidak dapat memoderasi (memperlemah) pengaruh negatif keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi memperkuat pengaruh negatif keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan Firm value measures the operational achievements of a company. This research investigates the influence of financial factors in the form of intangible assets and financing decisions as independent variables on firm value as the dependent variable. The preparation of this research is also intended to test the influence of non-financial factors in the form of corporate governance in moderating the relationship between the independent and dependent variables being tested. The research method used is quantitative through panel data regression analysis carried out with Eviews 12. The research data studied is secondary data, namely financial report data and financial data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website, company websites, and terminals. Refinitiv Eikon data and CEIC Data. Testing was carried out on 17 samples from 41 technology sector companies (IDXTECHNO) listed on the IDX with the observation year 2020-2022. In this way, the number of observations in this research was 51. This research shows that intangible assets do not affect firm value, while financing decisions negatively affect firm value. Corporate governance as a moderating variable cannot provide a moderating (strengthening) impact on the positive relationship between intangible assets and firm value. In the relationship between financing decisions and firm value, governance cannot moderate (weaken) the negative impact of financing decisions on firm value but strengthens the negative impact of financing decisions on firm value
