Abstract

Karya tulis tugas akhir ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan pelaksanaan Asuransi Barang Milik Negara di Indonesia dengan tiga negara berbeda. Tiga negara tersebut terdiri dari Australia, Filipina, dan Amerika Serikat. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Pengasuransian Barang Milik Negara di Indonesia jika dibandingkan dengan ketiga negara memiliki perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Namun, Pemerintah Indonesia tetap memiliki kesempatan berinovasi serta mengadopsi sistem negara lain yang sesuai untuk diterapkan di Indonesia Selain itu, penerapan pengasuransian BMN di Indonesia masih memiliki hambatan yang melintang di antaranya berupa satuan kerja yang belum sepenuhnya akrab dengan kebijakan pengasuransian BMN, lamanya jangka waktu penerimaan klaim dengan terjadinya bencana, dana hasil klaim yang tidak serta merta dapat digunakan atau mencukupi untuk membiayai seluruh kerusakan BMN, akurasi dan validitas data BMN yang belum sempurna, dan potensi dispute terkait penentuan besaran nilai klaim usulan dan persetujuan./ This study aims to analyze and compare the results of the implementation of State Property Insurance in Indonesia with three different countries. The three countries consist Australia, Philippines, and United States. The method used in this paper is literature research and the data used is qualitative data. The results of the research showed that the implementation of State Property Insurance in Indonesia compared to the three countries has significant differences. However, the Indonesian government still has the opportunity to innovate and adopt other countries' systems that are appropriate to be applied in Indonesia. In addition, the implementation of State Property Insurance in Indonesia has obstacles that cross them, including the form of work units that are not fully familiar with State Property Insurance policies, the length of time for receiving claims in the event of disaster, claim proceeds that cannot be used or sufficient to finance all damages, incomplete accuracy of the State Property data, and potential dispute regarding the determination of the value of the proposed claims and approvals.
