Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan kapabilitas APIP terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah serta peranan maturitas SPIP dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh antara pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan kapabilitas APIP terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Data yang diobservasi adalah kinerja pemerintah daerah tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan model regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan BPKP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan kapabilitas APIP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Peran maturitas SPIP tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah serta peran maturitas SPIP tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas APIP terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disarankan kepada masing-masing pemerintah daerah untuk mengevaluasi unsur SPI secara berkelanjutan dan mengoptimalkan implementasi sistem pengendalian internal. The study aims to examine the effect of regional financial management and APIP capabilities on local government performance as well as the role of SPIP maturity in strengthening or weakening the effect between regional financial management and APIP capabilities on local government performance. The data observed is the performance of local governments from 2021 to 2022. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression models. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs and BPKP. The results showed that regional financial management and APIP capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the performance of local governments. The role of SPIP maturity is unable to moderate the effect of regional financial management on local government performance and the role of SPIP maturity is unable to moderate the effect of APIP capability on local government performance. From the results of the study, it is recommended to each local government to evaluate SPI elements on an ongoing basis and optimize the implementation of the internal control system.
