Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan minat investasi generasi Z pada SBN Ritel menggunakan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada 4 informan, hasil survei kepada 131 responden, serta data sekunder berupa literatur terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Ruang lingkup penelitian dibatasi pada generasi Z mahasiswa alih program PKN STAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap yang terbentuk dari dimensi pengetahuan, risiko dan imbal hasil, serta reputasi penerbit berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Lebih lanjut, variabel norma subjektif yang terbentuk dari dimensi tekanan subjektif dari interpersonal dan tekanan subjektif dari eksternal juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menutup kesenjangan literatur dengan mengidentifikasi determinan minat investasi generasi Z dalam berinvestasi pada SBN Ritel menggunakan pendekatan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior serta dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan masukan dalam penyusunan strategi perluasan basis investor SBN Ritel. This study aims to determine the determinants of Generation Z's investment interest in SBN Retail using the Theory of Planned Behavior approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of semi-structured interviews with 4 informants, survey results to 131 respondents, and secondary data in the form of previous literature. This research uses quantitative research methods and uses SEM-PLS analysis to test the relationship between variables. The scope of the research is limited to generation Z students of the PKN STAN transfer program. The results showed that attitude variables formed from the dimensions of knowledge, risk and return, and publisher reputation had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Furthermore, subjective norm variables formed from the dimensions of subjective pressure from interpersonal and subjective pressure from external also have a positive and significant effect on investment interest. This research is expected to contribute to closing the literature gap by identifying the determinants of Generation Z's investment interest in investing in Retail SBN using the Theory of Planned Behavior framework approach and can provide knowledge and input in the preparation of strategies to expand the Retail SBN investor base.
