Abstract

Skripsi dengan judul “Analisis Hubungan Kausalitas Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Tingkat Inflasi, Jumlah Wisatawan dan Pajak Daerah Pada Kabupaten Bojonegoro” bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas antara pajak restoran, pajak hotel, pertumbuhan ekonomi, laju inflasi dan jumlah wisatawan pada Kabupaten Bojonegoro periode tahun 2013-2022. Dengan memahami hubungan kausalitas, maka pemerintah daerah akan lebih memahami kondisi serta sektor yang terdampak dari kebijakan tersebut sebelum mengambil kebijakan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan referensi dari penelitian terdahulu serta pendapat pihak terkait. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari BPS, Badan Pendapatan Daerah dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode analisis data menggunakan model time series VECM dengan dibagi menjadi dua model persamaan yaitu pajak restoran dan pajak hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pajak restoran yang memiliki hubungan kausalitas dua arah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pajak hotel memilihi hubungan satu arah, sedangkan yang lainnya tidak memiliki hubungan kausalitas. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak restoran dan pajak hotel dalam jangka panjang. Thesis with the title "Causality Relationship Analysis of Economic Growth, Inflation Rate, Number of Tourists and Local Taxes in Bojonegoro Regency" aims to determine the causality relationship between restaurant tax, hotel tax, economic growth, inflation rate and number of tourists in Bojonegoro Regency for the period 2013-2022. By understanding the causality relationship, the local government will better understand the conditions and sectors affected by the policy before making a policy. The approach used in this research is a type of quantitative approach using references from previous research and opinions of related parties. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from BPS, the Regional Revenue Agency and the Bojonegoro Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The data analysis method uses the VECM time series model by dividing into two equation models, namely restaurant tax and hotel tax. The results showed that only economic growth and restaurant tax had a two-way causality relationship and economic growth with hotel tax chose a one-way relationship, while the others had no causality relationship. From these results, it is known that economic growth can affect restaurant tax and hotel tax revenues in the long run.
