Abstract

Abstrak Dana Desa merupakan dana yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara yang diperuntukkan bagi Desa sebagai sumber pendapatan utama Pemerintahan Desa sebagai bentuk perencanaan Desa untuk mendukung terwujudnya cita-cita kesuksesan pembangunan nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau proses pengalokasian, penggunaan, pelaporan, pertanggungjawaban, dan hambatan atas Dana Desa di Desa Bumbung tahun anggaran 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa studi perpustakaan dengan mengamati dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan Dana Desa serta melakukan wawancara dengan Perangkat Desa. Hasil dari peneltian ini menujukkan bahwa secara umum proses pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Bumbung sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam proses pengelolaan Dana Desa yaitu keterlambatan sosialisasi atas perubahan aturan, lokasi Desa yang jauh dari Pemerintah Daerah, dan terdapat keluarga yang menerima bantuan selain BLT. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pembaca untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman terkait pengelolaan Dana Desa. Kata kunci: Abstract Village Fund is a fund sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is designated for the Village as the main source of income for the Village Government as a form of Village planning to support the realization of the ideals of successful national development. The purpose of this study is to review the process of allocation, use, reporting, accountability, and constraints on Village Funds in Bumbung Village for the 2021 fiscal year. The method used in this research is a library study by observing documents related to the management of Village Funds and conducting interview to village officers. The results of this research show that in general the process of managing Village Funds in Bumbung Village is in accordance with applicable regulations. This study also found that there were several obstacles in the process of managing the Village Fund namely the delay in socialization of changes to the rules, the location of the village which was far from the local government, and there were families who received assistance other than BLT. This research is expected to be useful for readers to add insight, knowledge, and understanding related to the management of Village Fund. Keywords:
