Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, aktivitas dan untuk menganalisis strategi PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 sebelum dan masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data adalah metode kepustakaan dan metode dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dari laporan tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020 PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk sebagai objek utama dan PT Mayora Indah Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan kompetitor sebagai pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio solvabilitas mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas mengalami penurunan. Namun, beberapa dari nilai rasio-rasio tersebut masih berada di atas standar industri dan perusahaan kompetitornya. Kemudian pada saat pandemi perusahaan mengalami peningkatan yang relatif tinggi pada sisi penjualan dan laba bersih dibandingkan saat sebelum pandemi. Dampak Covid-19 tidak terlalu signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. ABSTRACT This study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in terms of liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity ratios and to analyze the strategy of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used for data collection is the library method and the documentation method. This research data uses secondary data obtained from annual report from 2019 to 2020 PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk as the main object and PT Mayora Indah Tbk which is a competing company as a comparison. The results showed that the solvency ratio increased, whereas the ratio of liquidity, profitability and activity decreased. However, some of the values of these ratios are still above the industry standards and those of their competitors. Then during the pandemic, the company experienced a relatively high increase in sales and net profit compared to before the pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is not so significant on the financial performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk.
