Abstract

Abstrak Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan program penyediaan bantuan dana untuk satuan pendidikan dari pemerintah sebagai perwujudan program Wajib Belajar. Sistem informasi akuntansi pada Dana BOS berguna untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan yang profesional dan akuntabel. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem akuntansi, yang terdiri dari sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran Dana BOS dengan SMP Negeri 2 Sumberpucung sebagai objek penelitian. Analisis dilakukan dengan menguji kesesuaian antara prosedur, dokumen, dan sistem pengendalian internal yang diterapkan dengan teori dan peraturan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif, yaitu dengan menguraikan pelaksanaan sistem akuntansi Dana BOS di SMP Negeri 2 Sumberpucung berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan, lalu membandingkannya dengan teori dan peraturan yang berhubungan dengan Dana BOS dan sistem informasi akuntansi. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa tahapan prosedur yang dilakukan pada sistem akuntansi telah sesuai dengan teori dan peraturan. Namun perlu diperhatikan kembali pada sistem pengendalian internal mengenai otorisasi jabatan dan konsistensi prosedur. Abstract Dana Bantuan Operasional (BOS) is a program to provide financial support for educational units held by the government as a part of Wajib Belajar program. Accounting information system for Dana BOS aims to construct a professional and accountable fund management. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the practice of the accounting system, consisting of revenues and expenditures system of Dana BOS with SMP Negeri 2 Sumberpucung as the object of this research. Analysis is done by examining the compatibility of the application of procedures, documents, and internal control systems with theories and regulations. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis method, performed by describing the Dana BOS accounting system applied in SMP Negeri 2 Sumberpucung based on interviews and observations made, then comparing them with theories and regulations related to Dana BOS and accounting information system. The results of the analysis show that the procedures performed in the accounting system are in accordance with the theories and regulations. However, it is necessary to take notes on the internal control system regarding the authority and the consistency of procedures.
