Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah masalah bersama dari setiap pemerintahan dan masyarakat khususnya berkaitan dengan pemenuhan asas keadilan pembangunan. Banten sebagai salah satu provinsi baru dan menjadi provinsi termuda di pulau Jawa masih memiliki tingkat kemiskinan yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur dengan DBH, DAU, DAK, dan PAD serta investasi yang diukur dari realisasi investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di seluruh pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Banten dalam kurun waktu tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan melakukan analisis regresi berganda dengan model fixed effect dengan robust variance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel DAU dan PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Selanjutnya, variabel DBH dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Ditemukan bahwa Investasi dan DAK tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan Poverty is a shared challenge for every government and society, particularly concerning the fulfillment of the principles of development justice. Banten, as one of the newer and the youngest province on the island of Java, still experiences a relatively high level of poverty. This study aims to examine the influence of fiscal decentralization, measured by DBH, DAU, DAK, and PA), as well as investment measured by actual investment realization and economic growth on poverty levels. The research was conducted across all local governments in Banten Province from 2017 to 2024. Utilizing secondary data, the study employed multiple regression analysis with a fixed effects model and robust variance. The findings indicate that DAU and PAD have a positive and significant impact on poverty levels. Conversely, DBH and economic growth exhibit a significant negative effect on poverty. It was also found that investment and DAK do not have a significant impact on poverty.
