Abstract

ABSTRAK Karya tulis tugas akhir (KTTA) atau penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penerapan siklus produksi, proses bisnis, dan penyesuaian kegiatan produksi saat era New Normal di toko roti Ndoro Bakery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi ke tempat usaha, serta studi kepustakaan terhadap dokumen produksi. Dari metode penelitian tersebut diperoleh data primer yang berasal dari objek penulisan dan data sekunder yang berasal dari buku, jurnal, karya tulis ilmiah, internet, dan sumber terpercaya lainnya. Data hasil wawancara dan pengamatan yang berhasil diolah menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan siklus produksi pada Ndoro Bakery sudah cukup baik. Namun, penerapannya belum optimal jika dibandingkan dengan teori mengenai siklus produksi. Penulis juga menemukan permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan dan memberikan beberapa saran bagi perusahaan agar operasi produksi dapat berjalan lebih optimal dari sebelumnya. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang didesain dengan baik dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan melalui peningkatan kualitas dan pengurangan biaya produk, serta meningkatnya efisiensi serta efektivitas produksi. Kata kunci: Siklus Produksi, New Normal, kualitatif, Toko Roti Ndoro Bakery ABSTRACT . This final essay intend to review the implementation of production cycle, business process, and adjustment of production activities during the new normal era in Ndoro Bakery Shop. This study uses a qualitative method. In this study, the author uses data collection methods such as interviews, observations to place of business, and literature study of production documents. From this research method, primary data comes from the object of writing and secondary data from books, journals, scientific papers, internet, and other reliable sources. The data from interviews and observations that were successfully processed resulted in the conclusion that the application of the production cycle at Ndoro Bakery was quite good. However, the application is not optimal when compared to the theory regarding the production cycle. The author also finds problems that occur at the company and provides some advices to the company in the hope of production cycle can be better than before. A well-designed Accounting Information System can increas company value through improving product quality and reducing costs, as well as increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
