Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan pada salah satu perusahaan sektor pariwisata dan rekreasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 telah memberi dampak terhadap aspek kehidupan masyarakat terutama pada perekonomian. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak adalah sektor pariwisata dan rekreasi dikarenakan adanya pemberlakuan pembatasan sosial berskala besar dalam menanggulangi penyebaran pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diperoleh melalui laman resmi perusahaan. Dalam mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, dilakukan analisis laporan keuangan pada tahun masa sebelum dan saat pandemi yaitu tahun 2017-2021 dengan alat analisis berupa analisis rasio. Rasio yang akan digunakan adalah rasio likuiditas, rasio struktur modal, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio nilai pasar. Hasil analisis rasio keuangan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk mengalami dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya penurunan rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio nilai pasar, begitu juga dengan rasio utang pada struktur modal yang mengalami peningkatan telah menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan lebih banyak utang dalam membiayai aktiva ketika pandemi Covid-19. Pada tahun 2021, meskipun beberapa rasio keuangan mulai menunjukkan sedikit peningkatan namun kinerjanya belum lebih baik dari pada tahun 2017-2019 saat sebelum pandemi. Kata kunci: Covid-19, kinerja keuangan, Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, pariwisata dan rekreasi, rasio keuangan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of one of the tourism and recreation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on aspects of people's lives, especially on the economy. One of the sectors that affected is the tourism and recreation sector due to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions in tackling the spread of Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through the company's official website. In knowing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, an analysis of the financial statements was carried out in the years before and during the pandemic, namely 2017-2021 with an analytical tool in the form of ratio analysis. The ratios to be used are liquidity ratios, capital structure ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios and market value ratios. The results of the financial ratio analysis show that the financial performance of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk has xiv experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic as indicated by a decrease in the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio and market value ratio, as well as the debt ratio in the capital structure which has increased means that companies use more debt to finance assets during the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2021, although some financial ratios began to show a slight improvement, their performance was not better than in 2017-2019 before the pandemic.
