Abstract

Abstrak Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana alur penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi khususnya siklus pengeluaran pada PT Dirgantara Indonesia. PT Dirgantara Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kedirgantaraan, serta merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi pesawat. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem ERP dalam membantu proses bisnis siklus pengeluaran perusahaan dan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal apakah telah berjalan efektif atau belum. Ruang lingkup penelitian seputar alur proses bisnis siklus pengeluaran dan juga tinjauan terkait penerapan sistem ERP pada PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan data primer dan juga data sekunder dalam proses penyusunan karya tulis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis untuk memperoleh data primer dan data sekunder pada PT Dirgantara Indonesia yaitu dengan studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada siklus pengeluaran dengan baik. Pada penerapan sistem ERP masih terdapat kekurangan terutama terkait dengan biaya yang dikerluarkan karena harga maintenance yang mahal. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, perusahaan diharapkan mampu untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan keefektivan penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada siklus pengeluaran yang telah baik. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Siklus Pengeluaran, Sistem ERP Abstract The writing of this paper aims to find out how the flow of implementing the Accounting Information System, especially the expense cycle at PT Dirgantara Indonesia. PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a company engaged in aerospace, and is a company that produces aircraft. This study also aims to determine the use of the ERP system in assisting the company's expense cycle business processes and the application of the internal control system whether it has been running effectively or not. The scope of the research revolves around the flow of the expense cycle business process and also a review of the implementation of the ERP system at PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This research is a type of qualitative research. The author uses primary data and secondary data in the process of preparing the paper. The research method used by the author to obtain primary data and secondary data at PT Dirgantara Indonesia is by literature study and interviews. The results showed that the company has implemented an accounting information system in the expense cycle well. In the implementation of the ERP system, there are still shortcomings, especially related to the costs incurred due to expensive maintenance prices. From the results of this study, the company is expected to be able to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the application of accounting information systems in the expenditure cycle that has been good.
