Abstract

Abstrak RAK Pendidikan menjadi dasar agar tercapainya sebuah kesejahteraan negara. Dana BOS merupakan salah satu solusi yang diberikan oleh pemerintah agar seluruh warga negara mendapat hak yang sama dalam pendidikan demi mewujudkan kesejahteraan negara.. Penyaluran dana BOS menjadi dasar terealisasikannya proses pengalokasian dana BOS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyaluran dana BOS dari pemerintah pusat ke sekolah pada SMA Negeri 1 Bululawang. Hal ini juga dikarenakan proses pencairan dana BOS sering dijadikan alasan oleh pihak sekolah dari terlambatnya pemberian fasilitas pendidikan bagi para peserta didik. Fasilitas pendidikan seharusnya diberikan tepat waktu sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keterlambatan penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban dan update data siswa Dapodik adalah hal utama yang menghambat proses penyaluran dana BOS. Proses penyaluran dana BOS untuk siswa tiap tahun dibagi menjadi tiga tahap untuk setiap tahun ajaran. Sekolah yang gagal mencairkan dana BOS untuk tahun berjalan menggunakan dana komite yang dikumpulkan oleh sekolah. Proses update data siswa hanya dapat dilakukan pada 31 Agustus. BOS funds are one of the solutions provided by the government so that all citizens have equal rights in education in order to realize the welfare of the country. The distribution of BOS funds is the basis for the realization of the BOS fund allocation process. This study aims to determine the process of distributing BOS funds from the central government to schools at SMA Negeri 1 Bululawang. This is also because the process of disbursing BOS funds is often used as an excuse by the school for delays in providing educational facilities for students. Educational facilities should be provided on time so that the teaching and learning process can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The method used is literature study, field study, observation, and interviews. The results of the study concluded that the delay in preparing the accountability report and updating the data of Dapodik students was the main thing that hindered the process of distributing BOS funds. The process of distributing BOS funds to students each year is divided into three stages for each academic year. Schools that fail to disburse BOS funds for the current year use committee funds collected by schools. The process of updating student data can only be done on August 31.
