Abstract

Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang diperuntukkan bagi UMKM sebagai salah satu bentuk penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi untuk mengolah data akuntansi secara sederhana. Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM diluncurkan oleh WiinFeel dan telah dirancang sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yang sudah dipermudah. Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM di Indonesia dalam menyusun Laporan Keuangan secara lebih mudah dan akurat, sehingga mempermudah proses akses pendanaan dari berbagai lembaga keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM sebagai Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, serta persepsi pelaku UMKM di wilayah Tangerang Selatan terhadap Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data terkait Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM adalah melalui observasi dan kuesioner yang dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi sebagai lampiran. Penulis juga menggunakan konsep strategi McFarlan, dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk meneliti Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM. Hasil dari penelitian mendapati bahwa Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM memiliki fitur yang cukup lengkap dan sangat mudah digunakan, sehingga seharusnya dapat menjadi perhatian bagi pelaku UMKM untuk dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai suatu Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan. Adapun terhadap hasil dari penelitian tersebut, penulis telah menyampaikan beberapa saran yang diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran terkait perbaikan aplikasi di masa mendatang. The SME Accounting Application is an application intended for MSMEs as a form of using the Accounting Information System to process accounting data in a simple way. The SME Accounting application was launched by WiinFeel and has been designed according to simplified Financial Accounting Standards. The SME accounting application is expected to help MSMEs in Indonesia in compiling financial reports more easily and accurately, thus facilitating the process of accessing funding from various financial institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the SME Accounting Application as an Accounting Information System, as well as the perceptions of MSME actors in the South Tangerang area of the SME Accounting Application. The research method used to collect data related to the UKM Accounting Application is through observation and a questionnaire which is equipped with documentation as an attachment. The author also uses McFarlan's strategy concept, and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to research SME Accounting Applications. The results of the study found that the SME Accounting Application has quite complete features and is very easy to use, so that it should be a concern for MSME actors to be able to use it as an Accounting Information System that supports the company's business processes. As for the results of this research, the author has submitted several suggestions which are expected to provide an overview regarding application improvements in the future.
