Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, badan usaha kecil, maupun rumah tangga. Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia berperan sebagai pelaku UMKM sehingga keberadaan UMKM mampu memperkuat perekonomian Indonesia. Objek penelitian penulis adalah salah satu dari UMKM di Sumatera Utara, yaitu UMKM Grosir Ijum. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk catatan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Grosir Ijum, membantu membuat laporan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM, dan membantu mengetahui pendapatan dan laba rugi yang sesungguhnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara yang digunakan untuk mengetahui proses bisnis serta mengambil data yang diperlukan yang kemudian diolah dengan metode kepustakaan. Data yang diambil berupa bentuk catatan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Grosir Ijum seperti catatan penjualanan, catatan utang dan piutang serta kuitansi pembelian barang dagangan. Informasi yang tidak tercantum dalam pembukuan UMKM Grosir Ijum, penulis dapatkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Setelah mendapatkan semua informasi dan data yang diperlukan, penulis mengolahnya dengan metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian tersebut penulis tuangkan dalam laporan keuangan berupa laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan (CaLK). Proses tersebut diawali dengan mengidentifikasi transaksi, membuat jurnal, melakukan posting ke buku besar, menyusun neraca saldo, kemudian menyusun laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci: UMKM, SAK EMKM, Laporan Keuangan. ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses carried out by individuals, groups, small business entities, and households. Most of the Indonesian people play a role as MSME actors so that the existence of MSMEs is able to strengthen the Indonesian economy. The object of the author's research is one of the MSME in North Sumatra, namely the Ijum Wholesale MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of financial records carried out by Ijum Wholesale MSMEs, to help make financial reports according to SAK EMKM, and to help determine the actual income and profit and loss. The method used in conducting this research is the method of documentation, field observations, and interviews which are used to determine business processes and take the necessary data which is then processed by the library method. The data taken is in the form of financial records made by Ijum Wholesale MSMEs such as sales records, accounts payable and receivable as well as merchandise purchase receipts. Information that is not listed in the books of Wholesale Ijum, the authors get by conducting interviews and field observations. After getting all the necessary information and data, the authors process it using the library method.
