Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio keuangan dan kewajaran harga saham perusahaan dalam sektor perbankan BUMN yang masuk dalam indeks LQ45. Perusahaan sektor perbankan yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah PT Bank Mandiri Tbk., PT Bank BNI Tbk., dan PT BRI Tbk. dalam periode 2019-2022. Pembahasan mengenai analisis fundamental menggunakan pendekatan rasio keuangan dari aspek liquiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas sedangkan pembahasan kewajaran harga saham menggunakan metode Devidend Discounted Model (DDM). Hasil penelitian dari rasio keuangan perusahaan yang unggul dari segi rasio liquiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas di dalam indeks LQ45 dihasilkan bahwa Bank Mandiri memliki rasio keuangan yang baik dibandingkan Bank BNI dan Bank BRI, sedangkan untuk hasil penelitian kewajaran harga saham ditemukan nilai ril atau nilai wajar Bank Mandiri mengalami undervalue sedangkan bank BNI dan Bank BRI mengalami overvalue. Kata kunci: rasio keuangan, kewajaran harga saham, indeks LQ45 ABSTRACT This research intends to determine the financial ratios and fairness of company stock prices in the BUMN banking sector which are included in the LQ45 index. The banking sector companies that were used as research objects were PT Bank Mandiri Tbk., PT Bank BNI Tbk., and PT BRI Tbk. in the 2019-2022 period. The discussion on fundamental analysis uses the financial ratios approach from the aspects of liquidity, solvency and profitability while the discussion on the fairness of stock prices uses the Devidend Discounted Model (DDM) method. The results of the research on the financial ratios of companies that are superior in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios in the LQ45 index show that Bank Mandiri has good financial ratios compared to Bank BNI and Bank BRI, while the results of the research on the fairness of share prices found real value or fair value Bank Mandiri experiences undervalue while Bank BNI and Bank BRI experience overvalue.
