Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Kinerja keuangan merupakan indikator atas performa suatu perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dapat dinilai menggunakan rasio keuangan seperti profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas. Rasio keuangan diinterpretasikan dengan cara dibandingkan dari tahun ke tahun. Kebangkrutan adalah ketidakmampuan perusahaan dalam melanjutkan kegiatan operasinya karena masalah pendapatan dan modal yang tidak mencukupi. Prediksi kebangkrutan adalah sebuah model yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah suatu perusahaan akan mengalami kebangkrutan. Analisis ini berguna sebagai peringatan mengenai keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan dan sebagai evaluasi agar perusahaan mampu memperbaiki strategi perusahaan untuk masa depan. Model prediksi kebangkrutan yang digunakan adalah model Altman Z-Score. Objek pada karya tulis ini adalah PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk pada tahun 2017-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2017-2020 yang diperoleh dari situs resmi dari PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan cenderung mengalami tren yang menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini selaras dengan hasil perhitungan dalam hasil prediksi kebangkrutan dengan model Altman Z-Score yang menunjukan PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk berada pada distress zone yang berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Financial performance is an indicator of the performance of a company. Financial performance can be assessed using financial ratios such as profitability, solvency, and liquidity. Financial ratios are interpreted by means of comparisons from year to year. Bankruptcy is the inability of a company to continue its activities due to insufficient income and capital. Bankruptcy prediction is a model used to determine whether a company will go bankrupt. This analysis is useful as a warning about the company's survival and as an evaluation so that the company is able to improve the company's strategy for the future. The destruction model used is the Altman Z-Score model. The object of this paper is PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2017-2020. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using data from the financial statements of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2017-2020 period obtained from the official website of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The results show that the company's financial performance tends to experience a downward trend from year to year. This is in line with the results of the calculation in the results of bankruptcy predictions with the Altman Z-Score model which shows PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is in a depressed zone which may experience bankruptcy.
