Abstract

Kemandirian desa yang tercermin pada nilai Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya Dana Desa. Dana Desa merupakan salah satu pendapatan transfer yang diterima oleh desa dan bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Dana Desa merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di tingkat desa. Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Dana Desa terhadap kemandirian desa di Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2021-2022. Karya tulis ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara simultan, Dana Desa berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemandirian desa di Provinsi Banten, 2) Secara parsial, Dana Desa yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian desa adalah Dana Desa Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa dan Dana Desa Bidang Penanggulangan Bencana, Keadaan Darurat dan Mendesak Desa, 3) Dana Desa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemandirian desa adalah Dana Desa Bidang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Village independence as reflected in the value of the Developing Village Index (IDM) can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the Village Fund. The Village Fund is one of the transfer revenues received by villages and originates from the State Budget (APBN). The Village Fund is a government program aimed at improving the welfare of communities at the village level. This paper aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Village Fund on village independence in Banten province during 2021-2022. This research is a quantitative research using panel data regression. The results showed that 1) Simultaneously, the Village Fund has a positive effect on improving village independence in Banten province, 2) Partially, the Village Fund that has a significant positive effect on improving village independence is the Village Fund for Community Empowerment and the Village Fund for Disaster Management, Emergency, and Urgent Village Conditions, 3) The Village Fund that has the most influence on improving village independence is the Village Fund for Community Empowerment.
