Abstract
Negara Indonesia memiliki tujuan utama yang tercantum dalam UUD 1945, Lembaga-lembaga negara dan PNS bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan tersebut. Dan salah satu cara untuk menjamin kinerja masa suatu organisasi dibutuhkan pemimpin yang berkualitas. Pada kementerian keuangan sendiri, khususnya DJP, diterapkan Manajemen Talenta mengatasi masalah tersebut. Manajemen Talenta ini bertujuan mencari, mengelola, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan Pegawai Negeri Sipil terbaik DJP sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan manajemen talenta di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) yang berada di bawah Kementerian Keuangan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui praktik manajemen talenta dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder berupa literatur, dokumen, dan peraturan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen talenta di DJP sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, menunjukkan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan pedoman yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang diidentifikasi, antara lain efektivitas praktik mentoring, konflik jadwal dengan rutinitas kerja sehari-hari, dan kurangnya kesempatan pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknis yang relevan. / Indonesia, as a nation, has its primary objectives outlined in the 1945 Constitution. State institutions and civil servants work together to achieve these objectives. One way to ensure the performance of an organization is to have qualified leaders. In the Ministry of Finance, particularly within the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Talent Management is implemented to address this issue. Talent Management aims to identify, manage, develop, and retain the best civil servants within DJP as future leaders to achieve common goals. This research focuses on the implementation of talent management in the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) under the Ministry of Finance. The objective is to understand talent management practices and identify the challenges faced in the process.. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with primary data collected through interviews and secondary data consisting of literature, documents, and relevant regulations. The findings of this research conclude that the implementation of talent management in DJP is in accordance with the applicable regulations, demonstrating compliance with established procedures and guidelines. However, several challenges have been identified, including the effectiveness of mentoring practices, scheduling conflicts with daily work routines, and a lack of training opportunities to develop relevant technical skills.
