Abstract

Abstrak National Logistics Ecosystem (NLE) merupakan simplikasi pelayanan dengan menerapkan single submission portal untuk memperbaiki kinerja logistik dan meningkatkan daya saing perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meninjau pemanfaatan National Logistics Ecosystem di KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan dan dampaknya terhadap penerimaan negara kantor tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan merupakan salah satu kantor yang menjadi piloting untuk menerapkan platform NLE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan NLE di KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan telah sesuai dengan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Penataan Ekosistem Logistik Nasional. Namun, pemanfaatan NLE tidak mempengaruhi penerimaan KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan. Meskipun begitu NLE merupakan inovasi yang baik untuk menurunkan biaya logistik dan mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan ekspor dan impor. / Abstract NLE is a breakthrough by the simplification of service process through implementing single submission portal to enhance logistics performance and increase the competitiveness of national economy. This research was conducted to review the utilization of National Logistics Ecosystem at KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan and its impact on the state revenue. KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan is one of the offices that is piloting to implement NLE platform. The Data collection methods used are library research, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the utilization of NLE at KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan is in accordance with Presidential Instruction Number 5 of 2020 concerning Arrangement of National Logistics Ecosystem. However, the utilization of NLE does not affect KPPBC TMP B Balikpapan's revenue. Even so, NLE is a beneficial innovation to reduce logistics costs and encourage people to carry out export and import activities.
