Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk memberikan keuntungan semata, tetapi juga harus memperhatikan dampak aktivitas bisnisnya terhadap masyarakat. Konsep ini dikenal sebagai tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Terdapat tiga aspek yang harus diperhatikan perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Aspek tersebut mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan atau biasa disebut dengan aspek Triple Bottom Line (Profit, People, dan Planet). Bentuk tanggung jawab sosial tersebut diungkapkan dalam sebuah laporan keberlanjutan. Salah satu perusahaan yang rutin menerbitkan laporan keberlanjutan adalah PT Sido Muncul Tbk. Laporan keberlanjutan industri farmasi menjadi topik menarik untuk dibahas dalam kaitannya terhadap pengelolaan limbah berbahaya yang dihasilkan dan manfaat yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengungkapan dan kualitas dari laporan keberlanjutan PT Sido Muncul Tbk dalam menerapkan standar GRI. Penulisan karya tulis ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Penilaian kualitas dilakukan dengan teknik skoring pada masing-masing indikator pengujian prinsip isi dan prinsip kualitas sesuai dengan standar GRI. Kemudian untuk melihat perbandingan kualitas laporan keberlanjutan dengan perusahaan sejenis dilakukan pengujian terhadap laporan keberlanjutan PT Biofarma dan PT Indofarma sebagai perusahaan pembanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tren positif dari sisi kualitas maupun jumlah item yang diungkapkan dalam laporan keberlanjutan tahun 2019 ke tahun 2020. Hasil penilaian terhadap laporan keberlanjutan PT Sido Muncul lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan PT Indofarma. Namun, bila dibandingkan dengan PT Biofarma hasil penilaian kualitas laporan keberlanjutan PT Sido Muncul masih lebih rendah. / Abstract Nowadays, companies are not only required to provide profits, but also must pay attention to the impact of their business activities on society. This concept is known as social and environmental responsibility. There are three aspects that companies must pay attention to in carrying out their business activities. These aspects include economic, social and environmental aspects or commonly referred to as the Triple Bottom Line (Profit, People and Planet). This form of social responsibility is disclosed in a sustainability report. One of the companies that regularly publishes sustainability reports is PT Sido Muncul Tbk. The pharmaceutical industry sustainability report is an interesting topic to discuss in relation to the management of the hazardous waste it produces and the benefits it provides to society. This study aims to look at the disclosure and quality of PT Sido Muncul Tbk's sustainability reports in implementing GRI standards. The writing of this paper uses the method of collecting data from library studies and documentation studies. Quality assessment is carried out by scoring techniques on each indicator of content principle testing and quality principles in accordance with GRI standards. Then to see a comparison of the quality of sustainability reports with similar companies, a test was carried out on the sustainability reports of PT Biofarma and PT Indofarma as comparison companies. The results of the study show that there is a positive trend in terms of quality and number of items disclosed in the 2019 to 2020 sustainability reports. The results of the assessment of the sustainability report of PT Sido Muncul are higher when compared to PT Indofarma. However, when compared to PT Biofarma, the quality assessment results for PT Sido Muncul's sustainability report are still lower.
