Abstract

Olahraga merupakan salah satu aktivitas penunjang kehidupan manusia untuk menjaga kesehatan terutama pada kondisi pandemic yang belum kunjung selesai seperti sekarang. Renang merupakan salah satu olahraga yang meningkatkan ketahanan tubuh dan juga kekuatan otot agar orang-orang dapat terus melakukan aktivitas seperti biasanya. Komplek gelanggang olahraga Gelora Bung Karno yang merupakan tujuan utama masyarakat Indonesia khususnya daerah Ibu kota Jakarta memiliki stadion akuatik berstandar internasional terbesar di Asia Tenggara dan telah didirikan sejak tahun 1962 dengan kapasitas 7.800 kursi ini terdiri dari 4 kolam dengan standar internasional dalam kategori renang, polo air, lompat indah dan kolam yang digunakan untuk pemanasan. Dengan seringnya stadion akuatik ini digunakan, penulis menjadi tertarik untuk membahas pelaksanaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada siklus pendapatan Stadion Akuatik Gelora Bung Karno. Apakah sistem informasi akuntansi siklus pendapatan telah diterapkan berdasarkan teori yang penulis pelajari selama duduk di bangku perkuliahan. Dalam menyusun karya tulis ini, penulis menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan terkait teori siklus pendapatan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terkait pelaksanaan prosedur di objek penulisan. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan penulis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Stadion Akuatik Gelora Bung Karno telah melaksanakan sistem informasi akuntansi yang baik namun terdapat perbedaan prosedur pada siklus pendapatannya karena perbedaan dalam bentuk perusahaannya yang di mana Stadion Akuatik Gelora Bung Karno merupakan perusahaan jasa. Walaupun terdapat perbedaan, prosedur tersebut tidaklah menghambat kinerja melainkan meningkatkan efektifitas prosedur pendapatan. Terdapat beberapa hal yang menjadi usul dari penulis agar terdapat dokumentasi atas sistem informasi akuntansi pada siklus pendapatan agar proses bisnis dapat berjalan dengan lebih lancar. / Exercise is one of the supporting activities for human life to maintain health, especially in pandemic conditions that have not yet ended like now. Swimming is one of the sports that increases endurance and muscle strength so that people can continue to do activities as usual. The Gelora Karno sports arena complex, which is the main destination of the Indonesian people, especially the capital city of Jakarta, has the largest international standard aquatic stadium in Southeast Asia and has been established since 1962 with a capacity of 7,800 seats, consisting of 4 pools with international standards in the categories of swimming, water polo, beautiful jumping and pools used for heating. With the frequent use of this aquatic stadium, the author became interested in discussing the implementation of an accounting information system in the revenue cycle of the Gelora Karno Aquatic Stadium. Whether the income cycle accounting information system has been applied based on the theory that the author learned while sitting in college. In compiling this paper, the author uses a literature study method related to the theory of the income cycle which is then compared with interview, observation, and documentation methods related to the implementation of procedures in the object of writing. Based on the results of the author's review, it can be concluded that the Gelora Karno Aquatic Stadium has implemented a good accounting information system but there are differences in procedures in its revenue cycle due to differences in the form of its company where the Gelora Karno Aquatic Stadium is a service company. Despite the differences, these procedures do not hinder performance but rather increase the effectiveness of income procedures. There are several things that are proposed by the author so that there is documentation of the accounting information system in the revenue cycle so that business processes can run smoothly.
