Abstract

ABSTRAK Retribusi pariwsata merupakan salah satu pendapatan daerah tergolong ke dalam jenis retribusi jasa umum dimana pendapatan retribusi pariwisata tersebut juga salah satu bagian dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Karya tulis ini bertujuan dalam rangka mengetahui bagaimana pendapatan retribusi pariwisata pada masa pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020 dibandingkan dengan pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dalam penyusunannya menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada subjek serta studi dokumen baik dokumen dari subjek penelitian, maupun dokumen dari media lainnya. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah data pendapatan retribusi pariwisata tahun 2019 dan 2020 serta data Laporan Realisasi Anggaran bagian Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pacitan tahun 2019 dan 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi covid-19 mempengaruhi penerimaan pendapatan retribusi pariwisata Kabupaten Pacitan dibuktikan dengan efektivitas pendapatan retribusi pariwisata tahun 2019 masuk kriteria sangat efektif. Sementara pada saat terjadi pandemi covid-19 tahun 2020, kriteria efektivitas kategorinya menjadi tidak efektif. / ABSTRACT The tourism levy is one of the regional revenues belonging to the type of general service levy where the revenue levy is also a part of the Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This paper aims to find out how tourism retribution income during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 is compared to the period before the 2019 COVID-19 pandemic. from research subjects, as well as documents from other media.
