Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi membuat SMAN 1 Blora harus mampu menggunakan dan menerapkan sistem informasi sebagai penunjang kegiatan sekolah yang tentunya didukung oleh lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal. Sistem yang berjalan tentunya akan diterima dengan baik apabila didukung oleh faktor internal dan eksternal tersebut. Analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai kondisi sekolah pada saat ini. Informasi tersebut nantinya akan dievaluasi dan digunakan sebagai rujukan terhadap perbaikan sistem informasi sekolah ke depannya. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang strategis adalah dengan menggunakan Value Chain. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi sistem informasi sekolah menggunakan value chain dan SWOT dengan pendekatan ward and peppard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara lingkungan internal SMAN 1 Blora cukup baik dalam menerapkan sistem informasi pada aktivitas utama dan aktivitas pendukungnya. Dari analisis tersebut muncul beberapa masukan untuk meningkatkan sistem informasi sekolah sehingga memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. SMAN 1 Blora sendiri diharapkan mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan sistem informasi agar lebih efektif dan efisien pada aktivitas bisnisnya. / ABSTRACT Technological developments make Senior High School 1 of Blora must be able to use and implement information systems to support school activities which are supported by the internal and external environment. The running system will certainly be well received if it is supported by these internal and external factors. Analysis of the internal and external environment was carried out to obtain information about the current condition of the school. This information will be used and used as a reference for improving the school's information system that will be used. One of the methods used to design strategic information systems is to use Value Chain. This study discusses how the analysis of the internal and external environment that affects the school's information system using the value chain and SWOT with the ward and peppard approach. The results showed that the internal environment of Senior High School 1 of Blora was quite good in implementing information systems in the main activities and supporting activities. From this analysis, several inputs emerged to improve the system school's information so that it has a competitive advantage. Senior High School 1 of Blora itself is expected to be able to maintain and improve information system to be more effective and efficient in their business activities.
