Abstract

Abstrak Pemerintah memiliki upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui alokasi dana dari APBN sebesar 20% dari total belanja APBN, salah satu alokasi dana yang diupayakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yakni Dana BOS Reguler, dana tersebut diberikan langsung ke masing-masing sekolah untuk mengelolanya, hal ini memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap pengelolaan dana ini agar dapat dikelola secara baik.Tujuan karya tulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Reguler dan efektivitas pengelolaan Dana BOS Reguler di SMA N 1 Kepahiang tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaaan dengan cara referensi beberapa buku dan literatur. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan cara melakukan wawancara bendahara BOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan Dana BOS Reguler pada SMA N 1 Kepahiang telah dilakukan sesuai Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021. Serta SMA N 1 Kepahiang mengelola Dana BOS Reguler dengan menekankan prinsip fleksibilitas, efisiensi, efektivitas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi. Efektivitas pengelolaan Dana BOS Reguler SMA N 1 Kepahiang sudah baik, hal yang terlihat dari sisi sarana dan prasarana. / Abstract The government has made efforts to improve the quality of education through the allocation of funds from the APBN amounting to 20% of the total APBN expenditure, one of the allocations of funds that are sought to improve the quality of education is the Regular BOS Fund, the funds are given directly to each school to manage it, this provides more attention to the management of this fund so that it can be managed properly. The purpose of this paper is to determine the management of the Regular Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Fund and the effectiveness of the Regular BOS Fund management at SMA N 1 Kepahiang in 2021. This research is a qualitative research using the method literature study by way of references to several books and literature. In addition, the author also uses a field study method by interviewing the BOS treasurer. The results showed that the management of the Regular BOS Fund at SMA N 1 Kepahiang had been carried out in accordance with Permendikbud Number 6 of 2021. And SMA N 1 Kepahiang managed the Regular BOS Fund by emphasizing the principles of flexibility, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, and transparency. The effectiveness of the Regular BOS Fund management for SMA N 1 Kepahiang is good, this can be seen from the facilities and infrastructure side.
