Abstract

"Abstrak Sektor migas dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) adalah merestrukturisasi PT Pertamina sebagai induk holding BUMN sektor migas. Restrukturisasi adalah upaya yang dilakukan dalam rangka penyehatan BUMN perusahaan guna memperbaiki kinerja dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Pertamina sebelum dan sesudah restrukturisasi. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas (rasio lancar, rasio cepat dan rasio kas), rasio profitabilitas (margin laba kotor, margin laba bersih, return on asset dan return on equity), rasio solvabilitas (rasio utang terhadap aset dan rasio utang terhadap modal) serta metode altman z-score. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data yang berasal dari data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan PT Pertamina. Laporan keuangan yang dianalisis yakni laporan keuangan tahun 2016-2021. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah PT Pertamina mencatat kinerja yang baik setelah dilakukan restrukturisasi. Kata Kunci: Restrukturisasi, Kinerja Keuangan, Metode Altman Z-Score, Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Abstract The oil and gas sector is required to continue to improve its performance as an effort by the government to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. One of the efforts made by the government through State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) is to restructure PT Pertamina as the holding company of SOEs in the oil and gas sector. Restructuring is an effort made in the context of restructuring the company's SOEs in order to improve performance and increase company value. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Pertamina before and after the restructuring. The company's financial performance is measured using liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio), profitability ratio (gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity), solvency ratio (debt-to-asset ratio and debt-to-capital ratio ) as well as the altman z-score method. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with data derived from secondary data, namely pt Pertamina's financial statements. The financial statements analyzed are the financial statements for 2016-2021. The result obtained from this study is that PT Pertamina recorded a good performance after the restructuring.
