Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia menghancurkan hampir semua industri yang ada, tak terkecuali industri Pariwisata. Terlebih himbauan pemerintah untuk tetap berada di rumah membuat industri pariwisata menjadi lebih terpuruk atau mengalami financial distress. Penelitian pada karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak pandemic Covid 19 terhadap prediksi atas potensi kebangkrutan terhadap perusahaan di sektor fasilitas rekreasi dan olahraga khususnya rekreasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2021 menggunakan model Altman Z-Score, Springate, dan Grover. Data yang diambil merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk., PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk., dan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. Pengolahan data menggunakan prediksi atas potensi kebangkrutana model Altman Z-Score, Springate, dan Grover. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan prediksi potensi kebangkrutan dengan model Altman Z-Score pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021, dapat diketahui bahwa PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. dan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk diprediksi bangkrut pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021, sedangkan PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk diprediksi tidak bangkrut pada tahun 2018, tetapi berada pada Grey Area pada tahun 2019-2021. 2. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan prediksi potensi kebangkrutan dengan model Springate pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021, dapat diketahui bahwa PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. dan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, dan PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk diprediksi bangkrut pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021. 3. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan prediksi potensi kebangkrutan dengan model Grover pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021, dapat diketahui bahwa PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk sempat diprediksi bangkrut pada 2018, tidak bangkrut pada 2019, kembali bangkrut pada 2020, dan berada pada Grey Area pada 2021. PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk diprediksi tidak bangkrut pada 2018, dan bangkrut pada 2019-2021 dan PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk diprediksi tidak bangkrut pada tahun penghitungan 2018-2021. / The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world destroyed almost all existing industries, including the tourism industry. Moreover, the government's call to stay at home makes the tourism industry worse off or experience financial distress. The research in this paper aims to explain the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the prediction of potential bankruptcy for companies in the recreational and sports facilities sector, especially recreation which are listed on the IDX in 2018-2021 using the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Grover models. The data taken is secondary data from the financial statements of PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk., PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk., and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. Data processing uses predictions of the potential for bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Grover models. Based on the calculation results of the prediction of potential bankruptcy with the Altman Z-Score model in the 2018-2021 calculation year, it can be seen that PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk are predicted to go bankrupt in the 2018-2021 accounting year, while PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk is predicted not to go bankrupt in 2018, but will be in the Gray Area in 2019-2021. 2. Based on the calculation results of the prediction of potential bankruptcy with the Springate model in the 2018-2021 accounting year, it can be seen that PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, and PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk are predicted to go bankrupt in the 2018-2021 accounting year. 3. Based on the calculation results of the prediction of potential bankruptcy with the Grover model in the 2018-2021 calculation year, it can be seen that PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk was predicted to go bankrupt in 2018, not bankrupt in 2019, again bankrupt in 2020, and will be in the Gray Area in 2021. PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk is predicted not to go bankrupt in 2018, and bankrupt in 2019-2021 and PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo Tbk is predicted not to go bankrupt in the 2018-2021 accounting year.
