Abstract

ABSTRAK Dana BOS merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya pemerintah dalam mendukung pendidikan di Indonesia. Dana BOS diharapkan membantu masyarakat dalam rangka mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak bagi setiap lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Sedan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan serta pertanggungjawaban dana BOS di SMK Negeri 1 Sedan, mengetahui dan membandingkan antara praktik pengelolaan dana BOS di SMK Negeri 1 Sedan dengan Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Bantuan Operasional Sekolah, dan mengetahui kendala pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dana BOS di SMK Negeri 1 Sedan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan berupa wawancara dan dokumen terkait pengelolaan dana BOS. Hasil tinjauan menunjukan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah pada SMK Negeri 1 Sedan secara garis besar telah sesuai dengan Permendikbud Nomor 6 tahun 2021. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh SMK Negeri 1 Sedan, yaitu kesulitan dalam menentukan jenis belanja dan bukti Transaksi Tidak Lengkap. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, antara lain tim manajemen dana BOS harus selalu siap terhadap perubahan dalam petunjuk teknis. / The BOS Fund is one of the government's efforts to support education in Indonesia. BOS funds are expected to help the community in order to get a proper education for every level of society. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan. The objectives of this research are to know the planning, implementation, and reporting and accountability of BOS funds at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan, to find out and compare the practice of managing BOS funds at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan with Permendikbud Number 6 of 2021 concerning Instructions Technical School Operational Assistance, and knowing the school's obstacles in managing BOS funds at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan. Methods of data collection using literature studies and field studies in the form of interviews and documents related to the management of BOS funds. The results of the review show that the management of School Operational Assistance funds at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan is broadly in accordance with Permendikbud Number 6 of 2021. The obstacles faced by SMK Negeri 1 Sedan are difficulty in determining the type of expenditure and evidence of incomplete transactions. Efforts that can be made by SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas to overcome these problems, among others, the BOS fund management team must always be ready for changes in technical guidelines.
