Abstract

Abstrak Proses Penatausahaan Barang Milik Daerah menjadi proses yang krusial karena jika terdapat kesalahan dalam proses penatausahaan akan berdampak material terhadap penyusunan dan pemberian opini pada laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis melakukan peninjauan kesesuaian antara penerapan proses dan mekanisme penatausahaan Barang Milik Daerah di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah Pacitan Tahun 2020 dengan Lampiran Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 181 /Pmk.06/2016 Tentang Penatausahaan Barang Milik Negara. Dalam penulisan KTTA ini, penulis menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data meliputi, studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan pengumpulan serta penelaahan dokumen. Penatausahaan Barang Milik Daerah telah dilaksanakan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku, tetapi dalam proses perencanaan sinkronisasi dan sinergi antar perangkat daerah masih kurang optimal yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya sumber daya manusia bagian perencana. Atas hal tersebut, Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah Pacitan sebaiknya segera melakukan koordinasi untuk membentuk sistem informasi terintegrasi yang memadai sehingga tidak memerlukan banyak sumber daya manusia dalam mengolahnya serta mampu dengan cepat menanggapi perubahan lingkungan strategis pembangunan yang semakin kompleks dan tidak terprediksi. / The Regional Property Administration process is a crucial process because if there are errors in the administration process, it will have a material impact on the preparation and provision of opinions on financial statements. Based on this, the authors reviewed the suitability between the application of the process and mechanism for the administration of Regional Property in the Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Pacitan Region in 2020 with the Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 181 / Pmk.06/2016 concerning Administration of State Property . In writing this KTTA, the author uses primary data and secondary data with data collection methods including literature study, interviews, and document collection and review. Administration of Regional Property has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, but in the planning process the synchronization and synergy between regional apparatuses is still not optimal due to the lack of human resources in the planning section. For this matter, the Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Pacitan Region should immediately coordinate to form an adequate integrated information system so that it does not require a lot of human resources to process it and is able to quickly respond to changes in the strategic development environment which is increasingly complex and unpredictable.
