Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau bagaimana Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Lahat dalam merealisasikan anggaran belanjanya, pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada tahun anggaran 2020, metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu metode studi pustaka dengan melihat undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan proses realisasi anggaran belanja, dan petunjuk penyusunan lapoan keuangan, metode selanjutnya yaitu metode studi lapangan dengan mewawancara kepala sub bagian keuangan Dinas Kabupaten Lahat untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata cara merealisasikan anggaran belanja yang ada serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada kendala atau tidak dalam merealisasikan anggaran belanja tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa realisasi anggaran belanja pada Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Lahat dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku serta anggaran belanja terrealisasi hampir 100% yang mana anggaran belanja tersebut terbagi ke beberapa jenis belanja yaitu belanja pegawai, belanja barang, belanja modal, artinya realisasi anggaran belanja yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Kabupaten Lahat dilakukan dengan baik./ This study aims to review how the Lahat Regency Cooperative Service realizes its budget, in this study focused on the 2020 fiscal year, the research method carried out is the literature study method by looking at the laws relating to the budget realization process, and instructions for preparing financial reports. The next method is the field study method by interviewing the head of the financial sub-section of the Lahat Regency Office to find out how to realize the existing budget and to find out whether there are obstacles or not in realizing the budget. The results of this study indicate that the realization of the expenditure budget at the Lahat Regency Cooperative Service is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the realized expenditure budget is almost 100% where the expenditure budget is divided into several types of expenditure, namely personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, capital expenditure, meaning that the realization of the budget carried out by the Cooperatives Service and Lahat Regency was carried out well.
