Abstract

Informasi merupakan salah satu dasar bagaimana manajemen mengambil keputusan yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) berperan penting dalam proses bisnis untuk mengolah data dan menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan. Salah satu aktivitas yang penting dalam sistem informasi akuntansi adalah proses bisnis pada siklus pendapatan. CV Sukses Makmur Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri plastik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi beserta pengendalian internal pada siklus pendapatan yang diterapkan oleh CV Sukses Makmur Abadi dengan teori yang dipelajari penulis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi serta pengendalian internal yang telah diterapkan oleh CV Sukses Makmur Abadi sudah cukup baik dan sesuai dengan teori yang ada. Penulis juga memberikan beberapa saran yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi CV Sukses Makmur Abadi dalam menerapkan proses bisnis dan pengendalian internal yang semakin efektif./ Information is one of the foundations of how management makes effective decisions. Therefore, the accounting information system (AIS) plays an important role in business processes to process data and provide the necessary information. One of the important activities in accounting information systems is business processes in the revenue cycle. CV Sukses Makmur Abadi is a company engaged in the plastic industry sector. This study aims to analyze the revenue cycle with the application of accounting information systems and their internal controls with the theory studied by the author. The research method used is a qualitative method with a data collection method, namely library research and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the accounting information system and internal control in the revenue cycle that have been implemented by CV Sukses Makmur Abadi are quite good and in accordance with the existing theory. The author also provides some suggestions that are expected to be useful for CV Sukses Makmur Abadi in implementing more effective business processes and internal control.
