Abstract

Kebangkrutan merupakan keadaan dimana perusahaan rentan untuk melanjutkan kegiatannya dikarenakan mengalami penurunan pada kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan dari laporan keuangan PT WEHA Transportasi Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2019-2020 serta untuk memprediksi apakah ada potensi kebangkrutan perusahaan. Analisis prediksi kebangkrutan digunakan sebagai peringatan awal bagi perusahaan agar pihak manajemen dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dan strategi perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan tidak akan salah dalam mengambil langkah yang bisa mengakibatkan kebangkrutan di nasa depan. Objek penelitian berupa laporan keuangan PT WEHA Transportasi Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2019-2020. Dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas, kinerja perusahaan mengalami penurunan dan belum efisien. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan Altman ZScore, perusahaan terindikasi memiliki potensi kebangkrutan yang tinggi karena nilai z tahun 2019-2020 berada di bawah batas minimal 1,1./ Bankruptcy is a condition where a company is vulnerable to continue its activities due to decline in the company’s financial condition. This study aims to analyze the company’s financial performance from the financial statements of PT WEHA Transport Indonesia Tbk in 2019-2020 and to predict whether there is a potential for bankruptcy of the company. The bankruptcy prediction analysis is used as an early warning for the company so that the management can evaluate the company’s performance and strategy, so that the company will not be wrong in taking steps that could lead to bankruptcy in the future. The object of research is the financial statements of PT WEHA Transportasi Indonesia Tbk in 2019-2020. Judging from the ratio of liquidity, profitability, and solvency, the company’s financial performance has decreased and has not been efficient. From the result of calculations using the Altman Z-Score, it is indicated that the company has a high potential for bankruptcy because the z value for 2019-2020 is below the minimum limit of 1,1.
