Abstract

Dana Desa merupakan dana yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara. Setiap tahun Dana Desa digunakan oleh Desa untuk kepentingan desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Desa Rejoso memprioritaskan penggunaan dana desa tahun 2021 untuk pemulihan ekonomi akibat dari dampak pandemi Covid-19. Dengan kebijakan pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai kepada masyarakat yang terdampak langsung pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah berharap beban masyarakat bisa lebih berkurang dan ekonomi bisa kembali pulih. Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas penggunaan dana desa di Desa Rejoso, Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan metode studi lapangan. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian karya tulis ini menunjukkan bahwa penetapan prioritas penggunaan dana desa di Desa Rejoso telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 disebutkan bahwa penggunaan dana desa menitik beratkan pada upaya penanganan pandemi Covid-19 dan dampaknya di desa. Desa diarahkan untuk memperkuat adaptasi kebiasaan baru dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional sesuai dengan strategi berupa pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai./ Village Funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Every year the Village Fund is used by the Village for the benefit of the village and the welfare of the village community. Rejoso Village prioritizes the use of village funds in 2021 for economic recovery due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the policy of providing direct cash assistance to people directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the government hopes that the burden on the community can be reduced and the economy can recover. The purpose of this paper is to determine the priority of using village funds in Rejoso Village, Blitar Regency. This research uses literature study method and field study method. For data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research paper indicate that the determination of the priority for the use of village funds in Rejoso Village is in accordance with the laws and regulations. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 6 of 2020, it is stated that the use of village funds focuses on efforts to handle the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on villages. Villages are directed to strengthen the adaptation of new habits and the recovery of the national economy in accordance with the strategy of providing direct cash assistance.
