Abstract

Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) terhadap profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan aset PT Wijaya Karya. Dalam penelitian ini Penyertaan Modal Negara sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan aktiva. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan PT Wijaya Karya tahun 2013-2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, dimana variabel dependen diuji secara terpisah satu persatu terhadap variabel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Pengaruh Penyertaan Modal Negara terhadap Profitabilitas (ROE) bersifat signifikan, namun pengaruh yang diberikan Penyertaan Modal Negara tersebut bersifat negatif. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan menggunakan sebagian besar dananya untuk menutupi biaya operasional dan non operasional perusahaan. Kedua, Pengaruh Penyertaan Modal Negara terhadap pertumbuhan aktiva bersifat signifikan dan pengaruhnya bersifat positif. semakin besar modal yang diberikan pemerintah terhadap Badan Usaha Milik Negara maka akan meningkatkan jumlah aset dalam perusahaan tersebut./This Final Project aims to analyze the significance of the effect of State Equity Participation (PMN) on the profitability and asset growth of PT Wijaya Karya. In this study, State Equity Participation is the independent variable, while the dependent variable is profitability and asset growth. The data collection method used is library research, the data used is in the form of PT Wijaya Karya's financial statements for 2013-2019. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis, where the dependent variable is tested separately one by one on the independent variable. The results of the study show that first, the effect of State Equity Participation on Profitability (ROE) is significant, but the effect of State Equity Participation is negative. This is because the company uses most of its funds to cover the company's operational and non-operational costs. Second, the effect of State Equity Participation on asset growth is significant and the effect is positive. The greater the capital provided by the government to the State-Owned Enterprises, it will increase the number of assets in the company.
