Abstract

Pada persediaan obat di instalasi farmasi adalah hal yang penting bagi puskesmas dalam menjalankan operasional puskesmas. Persediaan obat dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu aspek dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan puskesmas, sehingga setiap puskesmas akan berusaha menjaga persediaan obat dengan memerhatikan proses pengadaan obat hingga proses pendistribusian serta memerhatikan pengendalian internal persediaan untuk meminimalisasir persediaan dari tindakan penyalahgunaan. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui prosedur persediaanobat yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Parigi Baru serta menganalisis kesesuaian pelaksanaannya dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Puskesmas Parigi Baru pada dasarnya sudah melakukan seluruh prosedur persediaan obat sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 74 Tahun 2016, kecuali untuk prosedur pemusnahan dan penarikan belum pernah dilakukan/diterapkan oleh Puskesmas Parigi Baru dikarenakan yang bertanggung jawab dalammelakukan pemusnahan obat ialah dinas kesehatan kota Tangerang Selatan. Dari seluruh prosedur yang telah dilakukan Puskesmas Parigi Baru, masih terdapat beberapa prosedur yang dalam penerapannya belum sesuai dengan teori. Prosedur perencanaan obat sudah dilakukan oleh puskesmas namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum sesuai dengan teori sehingga masih terdapat kekosongan obat. / The drug inventory in the pharmaceutical installation is important for the puskesmas in running puskesmas operations. Drug inventory can be used as one aspect in assessing the quality of health center services, so that each Health Center will try to maintain drug inventory by paying attention to the process of drug procurement to the distribution process and paying attention to internal control of inventory to minimize inventory from acts of abuse.. The results showed that the New Parigi Health Center has basically carried out all drug inventory procedures in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health number 74 of 2016, except for the procedure of destruction and withdrawal has never been done/applied by The New Parigi Health Center because the responsible in carrying out the destruction of drugs is the South Tangerang City Health Office. Of all the procedures that have been carried out Puskesmas Parigi Baru, there are still some procedures that are not in accordance with the application of the theory. Drug planning procedures have been carried out by the puskesmas, but the implementation is still not in accordance with the theory so that there is still a drug vacuum.
