Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate berdasarkan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas pada tahun 2019-2021. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., Alam Sutera Realty Tbk., Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk., Ciputra Development Tbk., dan Lippo Karawanci Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs resmi perusahaan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan analisis rasio likuiditas, kinerja keuangan Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Lebih baik dibanding dengan perusahaan lain yang dianalisis, (2) berdasarkan analisis rasio solvabilitas, Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. menunjukan kondisi yang perlu diwaspadai, hal ini didasarkan pada nilai rasio perusahaan yang relatif tinggi, (3) berdasarkan analisis rasio profitabilitas, Ciputra Development Tbk. dan Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. menunjukkan kinerja manajemen yang lebih baik dalam menghasilkan laba perusahaan disbanding dengan perusahaan lain yang dianalisis. / This study compares the financial performance of the property and real estate sub-sector companies based on the liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratio in 2019-2021. The subjects in this study were Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., Alam Sutera Realty Tbk., Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk., Ciputra Development Tbk., and Lippo Karawanci Tbk. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used is secondary data originating from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of related companies. The results showed that: (1) based on liquidity ratio analysis, the financial performance of Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. Better than other companies analyzed, (2) based on solvency ratio analysis, Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. shows conditions that need to be watched out for, based on the relatively high value of the company's ratio, (3) based on profitability ratio analysis, Ciputra Development Tbk. and Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk showed better management performance in generating company profits compared to other companies analyzed.
