Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membantu, mengembangkan, dan menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang mana metode tersebut dapat memberikan gambaran terkait data primer dan data sekunder yang terkumpul. Penulisan ini juga menerapkan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yaitu metode pendampingan dan pengimplementasian dalam sebuah aksi dengan melibatkan adanya partisipatif aktif dari pemangku kepentingan. Temuan pada penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kegunaan dari sistem aplikasi akuntansi sangat mempengaruhi pencatatan akuntansi UMKM, hal ini terbukti dari beberapa permasalahan yang muncul pada UMKM. Dari proses pembimbingan dan diskusi bersama, aplikasi Akuntansi UKM merupakan jenis aplikasi akuntansi yang tepat dan telah memenuhi unsur yang ada pada pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yaitu unsur kemudahan dan unsur kegunaan. Dari hal tersebut, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, namun manfaat yang dirasakan jauh lebih besar, yaitu dengan adanya pemilihan aplikasi akuntansi yang tepat dan pelaksanaan pembimbingan akuntansi dapat membantu pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan pencatatan usaha khususnya dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan menurut SAK EMKM. / This writing aims to assist, develop, and implement the accounting records of MSMEs. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative method, which method can provide an overview of the primary data and secondary data collected. This writing also applies the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is a method of mentoring and implementing an action involving the active participation of stakeholders. The findings in this paper indicate that the ease and usefulness of the accounting application system greatly affects the accounting records of MSMEs, this is evident from several problems that arise in MSMEs. From the mentoring process and joint discussion, the SME Accounting application is the right type of accounting application and meets the requirements in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, namely the element of convenience and the element of usability. From this, although there are several obstacles, the perceived benefits are far greater, namely the selection of the right accounting application and accounting records assistance can help MSMEs actors to record business, especially in making financial reports according to SAK EMKM.
