Abstract

Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan buku dan alat tulis kantor di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro telah berdiri sejak tahun 2006. Sistem informasi akuntansi yang diterapkan oleh Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi Inventory Management System. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk aktivitas siklus pembelian dan siklus penjualan, termasuk sistem pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami alur proses siklus pembelian dan penjualan menggunakan aplikasi Inventory Management Systems pada Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas siklus pembelian dan penjualan serta sistem pengendalian internal menggunakan aplikasi Inventory Management Systems pada Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data terkait sistem informasi akuntansi Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah staf administrasi dan keuangan sebagai pengguna aplikasi Inventory Management System. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan sudah cukup baik dalam menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi pada siklus pembelian dan penjualan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kekurangan pada siklus pembelian dan penjualannya. Pada siklus pembelian seharusnya untuk pembelian kebutuhan harian dapat dilakukan secara terpusat seperti pembelian barang persediannya. Sedangkan pada siklus penjualan terdapat kekurangan yaitu masih terdapat sistem pencatatan ganda yang mengguankan sistem pencatatan manual dan menggunakan aplikasi Inventory Management System. Secara keseluruhan siklus pembelian, siklus penjualan, dan sistem pengendalian internal Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro sudah berjalan dengan baik./ Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro is a company engaged in the sale of books and office stationery in Bojonegoro Regency. Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro has been established since 2006. The accounting information system implemented by Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro is by using the Inventory Management System application. This application is used for purchasing cycle and sales cycle activities, including the internal control system. This study aims to analyze and understand the flow of the purchase and sales cycle process using the Inventory Management Systems application at Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effectiveness of the purchase and sales cycle and the internal control system using the Inventory Management Systems application at Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro. This research is a type of qualitative research. The methods used to obtain data related to the accounting information system of Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro are interviews, observations, and document analysis. The subjects of this research are administrative and financial staff as users of the Inventory Management System application. The results of the research show that the company is good enough in implementing accounting information systems in the purchasing and sales cycles. However, there are some shortcomings in the purchase and sales cycle. In the purchasing cycle, the purchase of daily needs should be done centrally, such as the purchase of inventory. While in the sales cycle there are deficiencies, namely there is still a dual recording system that uses a manual recording system and uses the Inventory Management System application. Overall, the purchase cycle, sales cycle, and internal control system of Toko Buku Pustaka 2000 Bojonegoro are running well.
