Abstract

Dalam meprediksi potensi delisting suatu perusahaan diperlukan alat prediksi untuk menemukan tanda-tanda terjadinya hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memprediksi terjadinya delisting akibat dari financial distress pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. tahun 2018 hingga 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis Altman Z-Score untuk mengetahui potensi terjadinya kebangkrutan sehingga dapat diketahui ancaman terjadinya delisting. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan adanya potensi delisting yang disebabkan oleh kondisi keuangan yang terus menurun, liabilitas perusahaan kian meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan ekuitas yang memiliki nilai negatif pada tahun 2020. Sehingga, area yang diperoleh dari perhitungan Altman Z-Score berada pada area bangkrut untuk tahun 2018 hingga 2020. Pada tahun 2018 diperoleh nilai sebesar (1,65) dan berakhir pada tahun 2020 nilai yang diperoleh kembali menunjukan angka negatif yaitu sebesar (5,05), nilai tersebut memiliki arti bahwa pada tahun 2020 memiliki potensi bangkrut yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh adanya potensi delisting yang disebabkan oleh potensi terjadinya kebangkrutan. Meskipun demikian Garuda merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara, sehingga pemerintah dapat memutuskan kebijakan untuk menyelamatkan keberlangsungan usaha Garuda./ In predicting the potential delisting of a company, a prediction tool is needed to find signs of this happening. The purpose of this study is to predict the occurrence of delisting due to financial distress at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. from 2018 to 2020. The method used in this study is the Altman Z-Score analysis to determine the potential for bankruptcy so that the threat of delisting can be known. The results of the analysis show the potential for delisting caused by declining financial conditions, company liabilities increasing from year to year and equity having a negative value in 2020. Thus, the area obtained from the Altman Z-Score calculation is in the bankruptcy area for in 2018 to 2020. In 2018 a value of (1.65) was obtained and ended in 2020 the value recovered showed a negative number of (5.05), this value means that in 2020 it has a greater potential for bankruptcy compared to previous years. From these results obtained the potential for delisting caused by the potential for bankruptcy. However, Garuda is a State-Owned Enterprise, so the government can decide policies to save Garuda's business continuity.
