Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dan efektivitas Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD) pada masa COVID-19 di Desa Mandirancan, Kecamatan Mandirancan, Kabupaten Kuningan tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melihat implementasi teori dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis adalah studi kepustakaan berupa mempelajari peraturan yang berlaku dan artikel terkait. Selain itu, penulis juga melakukan studi lapangan berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan menganalisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya yg dilakukan oleh Rahayu dan Sugiri (2021) di Desa Burno menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengelolaan BLT-DD telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, namun terdapat ketidaksesuaian jangka waktu penyaluran BLT. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan BLD DD di Desa Mandirancan dilaksanakan dengan efektif dan telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Namun masih terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian, diantaranya berupa validasi KPM yg hanya dilakukan di tingkat dusun, penyaluran BLT DD pertama yg tidak tepat waktu yaitu di Bulan Mei, dan perubahan jumlah KPM di bulan September tanpa melalui Musdesus./ This study aims to determine how the management and effectiveness of the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT DD) during the COVID-19 period in Mandirancan Village, Mandirancan District, Kuningan Regency in 2020. The research method used is a qualitative method by looking at the implementation of theories and laws and regulations. valid invitation. The data collection method used by the author is a literature study in the form of studying applicable regulations and related articles. In addition, the authors also conducted field studies in the form of interviews, documentation, and analyzing related documents. The results of previous research conducted by Rahayu and Sugiri (2021) in Burno Village showed that in general the management of BLT-DD was in accordance with applicable regulations, but there was a discrepancy in the period of BLT distribution. The results of the research conducted by the author show that the management of BLD DD in Mandirancan Village is carried out effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are still some discrepancies, including the validation of the KPM which was only carried out at the hamlet level, the disbursement of the first BLT DD which was not on time, namely in May, and changes in the number of KPM in September without going through the Musdesus.
