Abstract

Aset BLBI merupakan aset yang berasal dari likuiditas bank-bank yang ada di Indonesia. Aset ini terdiri dari aset eks BDL, aset eks BPPN, dan aset eks kelolaan PT PPA. Fokus penyusunan karya tulis akhir ini yaitu aset eks BPPN jenis properti yang dimanfaatkan. Pemanfaatan atas aset eks BPPN jenis properti diwujudkan dalam berbagai macam seperti salah satunya yaitu sewa. Dalam melakukan sewa perlu diketahui pengukuran yang pasti untuk menentukan skema pemanfaatan aset eks BPPN jenis aset properti memberikan keuntungan yang sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk kepengurusan aset berupa papan reklame. Pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) dengan lingkup berupa aset papan reklame yang berada di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Melalui analisis CBR tersebut menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa skema pemanfaatan sewa atas aset eks BPPN berupa papan reklame memberikan keuntungan yang lebih besar dibanding dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan. / BLBI assets are assets derived from the liquidity of banks in Indonesia. These assets consist of ex BDL assets, ex BPPN assets, and ex managed assets of PT PPA. The focus of this final paper is the ex BPPN assets especially property type. Utilization of the assets of BPPN property types is manifested in various forms, one of which Is rent. In carrying out the rent, it is necessary to know the exact measurements to determine the scheme for the rent of ex BPPN assets, the type of property assets providing benefits that are in accordance with the costs incurred for managing assets in the form of billboards. The measurement used is using Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) analysis with a scope in the form of ex BPPN assets, property types in the form of billboards located at Jalan Depok No. 56, Kec. Central Semarang, Jawa Tengah. The result of the case study on the billboard is quantitative information which is analyzed to be qualitative. Through the CBR analysis, the number is 2.81 (Two point eight one). This figure shows that the scheme for using the rent of ex BPPN assets in the form of billboards provides greater benefits than the costs.
