Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebijakan pembatasan jumlah kapasitas hingga penutupan bioskop oleh pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran covid-19 serta dengan teknologi yang semakin maju membuat banyak platform penyedia film online yang bermunculan dan lebih diminati masyarakat berpotensi untuk menurunkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan bioskop atau bahkan membuat perusahaan mengalami potensi kebangkrutan. Penelitian pada karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan prediksi atas potensi kebangkrutan terhadap perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bioskop yaitu PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk tahun 2017-2021 menggunakan model Altman Z-Score. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi dokumentasi dan analisis kuantitatif deksriptif. Data yang diambil merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan selama tahun 2017-2021 berdasarkan laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi tidak cukup baik. Potensi kebangkrutan berdasarkan metode Altman Z Score pada tahun 2017 sampai 2021 menunjukkan bahwa nilai Z-Score berdasarkan perhitungan terus mengalami penurunan hingga di bawah nilai cut off yang artinya masuk ke dalam kategori distress zone (mengalami kesulitan keuangan). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam periode 2017-2021 kondisi PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk tergolong tidak sehat dan menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan kebangkrutan. / Policy of limiting the amount of capacity to closing cinemas by the government to prevent the spread of covid-19 as well as with increasingly advanced technology has made many online film provider platforms appear and are more attractive to the public and potential to reduce the financial performance of cinema companies or even make the company experience potential bankruptcy. The research in this paper aims to explain the prediction of the potential for bankruptcy of a company engaged in the cinema sector, namely PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk in 2017-2021 using the Altman Z-Score model. The method used in this research is the method of documentation study and descriptive quantitative analysis. The data taken is secondary data from the financial statements of PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance during 2017-2021 based on the statement of financial position and income statement is not good enough. The potential for bankruptcy based on the Altman Z Score method in 2017 to 2021 shows that the Z-Score value based on calculations continues to decline to below the cut off which means that it is included in the distress zone (experiencing financial difficulties). The conclusion of this study is that in the 2017-2021 period the condition of PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk is classified as unhealthy and indicates the possibility of bankruptcy.
