Abstract

Restrukturisasi yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan secara teori akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Teori tersebut juga didukung oleh data dan fakta yang konkret di dunia bisnis modern. Namun, hal tersebut tidak serta merta menjadikan restrukturisasi sebagai solusi yang paling tepat. Pada beberapa kasus nyata, restrukturisasi justru menghasilkan korelasi yang negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dalam studi kasus ini, PT Nindya Karya melakukan restrukturisasi pada beberapa lini operasionalnya. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan terhadap setiap rasio pada kinerja keuangan, ditemukan bahwa restrukturisasi yang dilakukan pada Nindya Karya berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. / Restructuring carried out on a company will theoretically have a positive impact on financial performance. The theory is also supported by concrete data and facts in the modern business world. However, this does not necessarily make restructuring the most appropriate solution. In some real cases, restructuring actually results in a negative correlation to the company's financial performance. In this case study, PT Nindya Karya restructured several of its operational lines. From the results of the analysis carried out on each ratio on financial performance, it was found that the restructuring carried out on Nindya Karya had a positive effect on financial performance.
