Abstract

Holding merupakan salah satu kebijakan krusial dalam pengelolaan BUMN di Indonesia. Termasuk dalam salah satu kebijakan holding yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah adalah pada PT Pertamina (Persero) dengan dibentuknya holding migas pada tahun 2018, setelah terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Tujuan dilakukannya holding utamanya adalah untuk mengakumulasi aset BUMN yang memiliki wilayah kerja yang hampir sama sehingga bisa memperbesar kekuatan ekspansi BUMN, serta menjadikan organisasi secara otomatis menjadi lebih ramping karena mengadopsi model korporasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja baik itu dalam aspek operasional, manajemen holding, maupun aspek finansial. Pada penulisan karya tulis ini, fokus utamanya adalah pada perbandingan pada aspek finansial yang dihasilkan pada PT Pertamina (Persero) sebelum dan setelah holding, yang dilakukan atas nilai pasar wajar ekuitas yang dihasilkan melalui konsep penilaian usaha/bisnis menggunakan pendekatan pendapatan dan aset. Hasil dari penilaian yang telah atas nilai pasar wajar atas ekuitas PT Pertamina (Persero) secara berturut-turut dari tahun 2015-2020 yakni $3.994.565.000, $25.032.277.000, $19.078.331.000, $19.518.607.000, $21.917.383.000, $6.780.847.000 / Holding is one of the crucial policies in the management of SOEs in Indonesia. Included in one of the policies that have been carried out by the government is the PT Pertamina (Persero) with the establishment of oil and gas holding in 2018, after the issuance of Government Regulation No. 6 of 2018. The main goal is to accumulate SOE assets that cover almost all working areas. so that it can increase the expansion power of SOE, and make the organization automatically slimmer because it adopts an effective corporate model to improve and work efficiency in operational, management, and financial aspects. This paper main focus is on the comparison of the financial aspects generated at PT Pertamina (Persero) before and after holding, which looked from the fair market value of the equity generated through the concept of business/business valuation using the income and asset approach. The results of the assessment of the fair market value of PT Pertamina (Persero)'s equity in a row from 2015-2020 namely $3,994,565,000, $25,032,277,000, $19,078,331,000, $19,518,607,000, $21,917,383,000, $6,780,847,000.
