Abstract

Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah merupakan dana yang digunakan oleh sekolah untuk mendanai operasional sekolah guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan fasilitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Mulai tahun 2020, sekolah menggunakan aplikasi SIPLah untuk pengadaan belanja operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi SIPLah dalam pengadaan belanja modal bagi bendahara BOS. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. SD Negeri 3 Kutawis berlokasi di Kecamatan Bukateja Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai bendahara BOS SD Negeri 3 Kutawis dan menggunakan data Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Dana BOS SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. Wawancara dengan bendahara Dana BOS dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIPLah bagi bendahara BOS SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. Selain itu, Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Dana BOS yang digunakan adalah Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Dana BOS pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 untuk membandingkan efektivitas belanja modal sebelum penggunaan aplikasi SIPLah dan setelah penggunaan aplikasi SIPLah karena pada tahun 2019 belum mulai dilakukan penggunaan aplikasi SIPLah dalam proses pengadaan belanja modal./ The School Operational Assistance Fund is a fund used by schools to fund school operations in order to improve the quality of education and educational facilities in Indonesia. Starting in 2020, schools will use the SIPlah application to procure operational expenditures. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the SIPlah application in procuring capital for the BOS treasurer. The object of this research is SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. SD Negeri 3 Kutawis is located in Bukateja District, Purbalingga Regency. The research was conducted by interviewing the treasurer of the BOS SD Negeri 3 Kutawis and using the data on the Accountability Report for the BOS Funds at SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. Interviews with the treasurer of the BOS Funds were conducted to find out the advantages and disadvantages of using SIPLah for the treasurer of BOS at SD Negeri 3 Kutawis. In addition, the BOS Fund Accountability Report was using the BOS Fund Accountability Report in 2019 and 2020 to compare the effectiveness of capital expenditures before and after the use of the SIPlah application because in 2019 the use of the application in the process of capital expenditures has not been started yet.
