Abstract

Abstrak Penulisan karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penerapan sistem buku besar dan pelaporan pada UMKM Kopi Living berdasarkan teori yang telah dipelajari dalam perkuliahan dan menganalisis fitur-fitur aplikasi Kasir Pintar Free dalam pencatatan akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini seputar sistem buku besar dan pelaporan serta fitur yang tersedia pada aplikasi Kasir Pintar Free. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan dan wawancara dengan pemilik Kopi Living. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem buku besar dan pelaporan yang telah dilakukan oleh Kopi Living masih kurang baik dan implementasi aplikasi Kasir Pintar Free terkait transaksi pendapatan sudah sangat baik, tetapi fitur pelaporan yang disediakan aplikasi Kasir Pintar Free masih terbatas. / This paper aims to review the application of the ledger and reporting system to Kopi Living SMEs based on the theory that has been studied in lectures and to analyze the features of the Kasir Pintar Free application in accounting records and financial reporting. The scope of this research revolves around the general ledger and reporting system as well as the features available in the Kasir Pintar Free application. Data collection techniques used in this research are literature study and interviews with Kopi Living owners. The results of the study indicate that the general ledger and reporting system that has been carried out by Kopi Living is still not good and the implementation of the Kasir Pintar Free application related to income transactions is very good, but the reporting features provided by the Kasir Pintar Free application are still limited.
