Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja PT Timah Tbk selama tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana perbandingan rasio-rasio keuangan PT Timah dengan perusahaan dalam industri sejenis. Perusahaan yang menjadi pembanding adalah PT Cita mineral investindo Tbk dan PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode studi kepustakaan, metode ini merupakan suatu metode dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi berupa tulisan dan gambar yang berguna dalam mendukung proses penulisan. Data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penulisan karya tulis ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan pada tahun 2018-2021. Rasio yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas. Secara umum kinerja keuangan PT Timah TBK tahun 2018-2021 tidak sebaik perusahaan pembanding. Umumnya Rasio likuiditas PT Timah TBK masih menunjukkan tren yang cukup positif. Rasio profitabilitas PT Timah TBK masih kurang karena masih ada rasio-rasio yang bernilai negatif. Rasio solvabilitas PT Timah TBK masih kurang baik karena memiliki kualitas nilai rasio yang rendah. Hubungan kinerja keuangan PT Timah TBK apabila dibandingkan dengan harga saham PT Timah TBK berbanding lurus yaitu semakin baik kinerja keuangan dalam jangka panjang maka harga saham semakin tinggi. / This study aims to determine how the performance of PT Timah Tbk during 2018-2021. This study also aims to explain how PT Timah's financial ratios compare with companies in similar industries. The comparison companies are PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk and PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk. The method used by the author is the literature study method, this method is a method of collecting data and information in the form of writings and images that are useful in supporting the writing process. The data used by the author in writing this paper is secondary data in the form of company financial statements in 2018-2021. The ratios used by the authors in this study are liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. In general, the financial performance of PT Timah TBK in 2018-2021 is not as good as comparable companies. Generally, the liquidity ratio of PT Timah TBK still shows a fairly positive trend. PT Timah TBK's profitability ratio is still lacking because there are still ratios that are negative. The solvency ratio of PT Timah TBK is still not good because it has a low quality ratio value. The relationship between the financial performance of PT Timah TBK when compared to the share price of PT Timah TBK is directly proportional, namely the better the financial performance in the long term, the higher the share price.
