Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja keuangan perusahaan menjadi salah satu indikator penentu keberhasilan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis rasio keuangan perusahaan menggunakan data laporan keuangan sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat diketahui kondisi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas PT Pan Brothers Tbk sebagai gambaran kinerja keuangan PT Pan Brothers Tbk tahun 2016-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan analisis data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan, mempelajari, serta menelaah data dari sejumlah literatur/referensi yang berkaitan dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Pan Brothers Tbk berdasarkan analisis rasio likuiditas cenderung meningkat dari tahun 2016-2019, namun mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020. Hal ini disebabkan adanya tantangan eksternal yang dihadapi perusahaan pada tahun 2020 yaitu adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor. Berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas, nilai rasio yang sebagian besar melampaui batas wajar menunjukkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya utang dalam jumlah besar yang belum mampu dikelola dengan baik oleh perusahaan yang tentunya akan menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas, tingkat kinerja keuangan menunjukkan angka yang baik. Hal ini sejalan dengan kemampuan PT Pan Brothers dalam memaksimalkan labanya dan dapat beradaptasi dengan situasi pandemi covid-19 yang berdampak terhadap seluruh sektor kehidupan. / The company's financial performance is one of the indicators of the success of the company's business strategy. Measurement of financial performance can be done by analyzing the ratio. The company's finances use financial statement data so that from the results of the analysis it can be seen the condition and financial performance of the company. This study aims to analyze the liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios of PT Pan Brothers Tbk as a description of the financial performance of PT Pan Brothers Tbk in 2016-2020. The analytical method used is the method of literature study, documentation, and secondary data analysis by collecting, studying, and analyzing data from a number of literatures/references related to the required information. The results showed that the financial performance of PT Pan Brothers Tbk based on the liquidity ratio analysis tended to increase from 2016 2019, but decreased in 2020. This was due to the external challenges faced by the company in 2020, namely the Covid-19 pandemic which had an impact on the various sectors. Based on the solvency ratio, the value of the ratio which mostly exceeds the fair limit indicates the company's financial performance is not good. This is due to the existence of large amounts of debt that have not been able to be managed properly by the company which will certainly be a problem for the company. Based on the profitability ratio, the level of financial performance shows a good number. This is in line with PT Pan Brothers' ability to maximize profits and adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, which affects all sectors of life.
