Abstract

Siklus pendapatan dan penggajian merupakan siklus bisnis utama bagi perusahaan profit oriented. Kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan dari siklus pendapatan dan penggajian suatu perusahaan ditentukan oleh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang diterapkan. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi perusahaannya dengan terkomputerisasi agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satunya adalah CV Akai Jaya Palu. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk menganalisis sistem informasi siklus pendapatan dan penggajian perusahaan. Pada siklus pendapatannya, perusahaan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang bernama Dpack web yang sudah terotomatisasi secara komputerisasi. Sedangkan untuk siklus penggajiannya telah terkomputerisasi namun belum terotomatisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, CV Akai Jaya memiliki proses bisnis yang terstruktur dan terotorisasi baik pada siklus pendapatan maupun siklus penggajiannya. Pengendalian internal yang diterapkan perusahaan pada setiap siklusnya dapat memitigasi ancaman yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa CV Akai Jaya Palu telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dengan baik dan terdapat beberapa saran yang penulis buat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi perusahaan. / The revenue and payroll cycle is the main business cycle for profit oriented companies. The quality of information generated from the revenue and payroll cycle of a company is determined by the accounting information system applied. Currently, many companies have implemented a computerized accounting information system to run more effectively and efficiently. One of them is CV Akai Jaya Palu. This is what motivated the author to analyze the company's revenue and payroll cycle information system. In its revenue cycle, the company uses a web-based application called Dpack web that has been computerized. Meanwhile, the payroll cycle has been computerized but not yet automated. Based on the results of the analysis, CV Akai Jaya has a structured and authorized business process in both the revenue cycle and the payroll cycle. The internal control applied by the company in each cycle can mitigate the threats that occur. Therefore, the author can conclude that CV Akai Jaya Palu has implemented an accounting information system well and there are several suggestions that the author makes to improve the effectiveness of the company's accounting information system.
