Abstract

Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dalam bidang pendidikan guna memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia. Ketentuan dan penjelasan terkait dana BOS tertuang dalam Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Reguler. Penulis mengambil topik terkait dana BOS dengan tujuan untuk melakukan peninjauan terhadap kesesuaian antara ketentuan terkait teknis pengelolaan dana BOS reguler dengan praktik yang ada di lapangan. Objek yang menjadi penelitian dalam meninjau pengelolaan dana BOS dalam KTTA ini adalah SD Negeri 55 Parepare yang berlokasi di Jalan Matahari No. 24. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan tiga metode pengambilan data yaitu metode studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan referensi dari undang-undang dan Permendikbud, metode studi lapangan dengan turun langsung ke SD Negeri 55 Parepare untuk melakukan wawancara dan pengambilan data terkait proses pengelolaan dana BOS, dan metode dokumentasi dengan mendokumentasikan data-data yang diperoleh berupa foto dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dana BOS. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BOS di SD Negeri 55 Parepare mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga pelaporan telah sesuai dengan Permendikbud Nomor 6 tahun 2021. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala yang dihadapi yaitu keterlambatan penyaluran dan pencairan dana BOS, namun penggunaan anggaran dana BOS dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam membiayai kebutuhan sekolah. / The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) is one of the government programs in the field of education to promote education in Indonesia. Provisions and explanations regarding BOS funds are contained in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2021 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Management of Regular School Operational Assistance Funds. The author takes the topic related to BOS funds with the aim of conducting a review of the conformity between the technical provisions related to the management of regular BOS funds with the existing practice in the field. The object of research in reviewing the management of BOS funds in this KTTA is the State Elementary School 55 (SD Negeri 55) Parepare which is located at Jalan Matahari No. 24. In this study, the authors used three data collection methods, namely the literature study method using references from the laws and regulations of the minister of education and culture, the field study method by going directly to SD Negeri 55 Parepare to conduct interviews and collect data related to the BOS fund management process, and the method of documentation by documenting the data obtained in the form of photos of documents related to the management of BOS funds. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the management of BOS funds at SD Negeri 55 Parepare from the planning stage to reporting has been in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2021. Although there are still obstacles faced, namely delays in the distribution and disbursement of BOS funds, but the use of the BOS budget can be used effectively in financing school needs.
